Grading
You obtain the weighted average of midterm and final exam as follows:
(1) Normalize your points: for the midterm divide you number of points by 70, for the final exam divide your number of points by 50,
(2) Weigh the midterm with 35% and the final exam with 65% and sum up. This gives a number between 0 and 100% (or possibly slightly larger, because of bonus points).
You obtain your grade from this weighted average by comparing it with the following table. For example, if your weighted average is at least 95% then your grade is 1,0, and if your weighted average is at least 41% then your grade is at least 4,0.
